My client is an Award-winning North Leeds law Firm who is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of our Clinical Negligence department.
Key Tasks
  • Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
Essential Knowledge
  • Litigation experience is essential to this role.
  • Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
  • Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
Desirable Knowledge
  • Experience using Proclaim database is preferable.
  • Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
  • Working with marketing to expand the department.
 Experience
  • 5 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
