Client Services Officer (CSO) - Arabic Speaking
We are working alongside a prestigious International Bank based in London who are on the search for someone to come in on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to assist the private banking team. The role holder will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Private Banking Relationship Managers and their clients.
Job Accountabilities:
- Support Relationship Managers with new account applications
- Handle general queries via telephone, email and in person.
- Execute and input foreign exchange deals.
- Process new visa card applications, handle client card queries and undertake general administration of cards
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory, KYC, NOR requirements and Compliance policy and procedures to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk.
- Act as the "First Line of Defence" for the Bank.
- Ensure KYC reviews for own portfolio are completed in line with due dates and agreed KYC standards.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Banking and Customer Service experience
- MUST speak Arabic
- Relevant Degree (Preferred)
- Good IT knowledge
