Location: Huddersfield
Salary: Up to £28,574.36 + quarterly bonus
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clint Services Internal Executive to join our Client Services Delivery Team, where you will take ownership of the day-to-day requirements for clients that fall under the Rapid Response portfolio, including client reporting, management of their queries, retention, and client satisfaction. 

Reporting directly to the Rapid Response Client Services Team Leader you will be the custodian of the client’s requirements for FMG, liaising between the clients and cross-functional RRRM teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services.

You will work closely with the Service Manager and Management Teams to assist with identifying and delivering any new solutions and continuous improvements required.

About you:

  • You’re a proactive and self-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • You’re a real ‘people person’ who can build trust and support at all levels across a wide network of departments, clients, and partners.
  • You’re a good communicator at all levels with good interpersonal and presentational skills and a passion for building long-term relationships with colleagues.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a client / customer services role.
