The Client Service Director is responsible for being the primary interface for clients and potential clients. This is a consultative role, anticipating client expectations, and ensuring the right teams and capabilities are deployed to provide both advisory and ongoing servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate: with all stakeholders & service delivery teams.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the Business Development team to generate new business and expand the client base.
  • Regulated Positions: Hold Board-level or Regulated Individual positions with clients.
  • Contract Renewals: Monitor contract renewal dates and proactively engage with clients to ensure timely renewals.

Experience Required:

Proven experience of managing insurance client relationships. Knowledge of the insurance markets and regulatory environments in the jurisdictions in which the company’s clients operate (Gibraltar and the UK in particular). Have the ability to hold regulated positions (for clients).

Whilst candidates that are already based in Gibraltar would be preferred, a relocation package is also available for interested candidates with the relevant experience from the UK.
