Are you a dynamic, personable individual with expertise of creating memorable client experiences?  We're seeking an outgoing and confident Client Services Coordinator for a leading client of ours.

This is an amazing opportunity to be the face of an industry recognised company, providing exceptional service to their esteemed guests. Your role will involve greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Full time, permanent opportunity

The role:

  • Warmly greet and welcome tenants and clients upon arrival
  • Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate guest reservations and appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide information about company services and amenities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance.
