We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities. After training, the roles offer an element of remote working where you working week/month will be split between working on the office and at home, if you wish.

Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their teams and are seeking a number of trainee and experienced Client Service Associates/Customer Service Associates within their Surrey based offices.

Product training is provided as is ongoing training and career development opportunities.

These varied roles provide their clients/customers and advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range enquiries using the interactions to build strong relationships to develop trust in the business.

As an Associate within this are, you will join their academy team in providing first line support to customers, advisers and members. The focus of the team is to help customers and clients manage their investments with ease, providing knowledge and guidance to help support them in the future.

Following on from the academy, you will continue to develop your skills, knowledge and experience enabling you to choose your career path in Client Services or even the wider business.

Whether you have recently graduated, left college/school or are already working (ideally in a role that involves customer/client interaction), these roles have specifically been created in order to offer ongoing training and true long-term career development, where you will be provided with all the tools and information to learn and progress within either this specific division and/or the wider business, including more bespoke/specialist areas.

In order to be considered, it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and communicate at all levels.
