Client Services Associate - Institutional Clients Tier-1 Asset Manager

We are working with a leading global asset manager that is looking to hire an Associate for their Client Services team, which works closely with the firm’s institutional client base (Insurance & Pension). The role will involve managing the onboarding of clients and working in close partnership with senior leadership and investment teams, both externally (clients) and internally.

Ideal candidates will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Client Services/Product Specialist/Relationship Management, preferably within an asset management or insurance-focused/pension-focused asset management setting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the key liaison for client communications.
• Manage the initiation and setup of new client mandates, including the creation of fund structures and account management.
• Handle regular coordination with financial and regulatory service providers across multiple regions.
• Support the preparation and finalization of client agreements, fund documents, and related legal materials.
• Lead due diligence processes, including the preparation and review of compliance questionnaires and service evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 7 years in client services within asset management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding processes and fund setups.
• Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective organizational and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills, proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Capable of collaborative and independent work, initiating and driving projects forward.
