Our fantastic client who has over 30 years of expertise in their field are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their team on permanent basis.

Based in Sharpness, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing the business and will be the primary contact for clients, a trusted advisor who understands their needs, and the one who provides solutions that make a difference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their requirements.

-Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

-Communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships with each interaction.

-Accurately process orders, and confidently communicate product and pricing details.

-Collaborate with the team to develop tailored sales proposals.

-Promote our products and services, adding value to our existing customer relationships.

Candidate Attributes;

-Previous administration and customer service experience.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Ability to effectively present and negotiate.

-Professionalism and good organisational skills.

-Proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.

Hours- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm,

Salary- Up to £28,000 depending on experience + Casual dress, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, health & wellbeing programme and on-site parking.
