Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with customers by phone and advising of appropriate products for them
  • Assisting customers with completion of forms ensuring key information is accurate
  • Updating internal systems with sales information
  • Producing documentation for new products
  • Maintaining customer records and handling renewals
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries from the website

Skills and Experience required:

  • The ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Great telephone manner
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
