Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire a Spanish speaking customer service professional into their investment operations/client facing business area based in Edinburgh. Our client is a Global player in the financial services space which services a wide range of clients on a UK and International basis. They are looking for individuals to join the team who are looking to work within Financial Services and speak Spanish.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities globally and effectively managing the firm’s deliverables against client promises.
  • Resolve and client service issues and challenges, acting as an escalation point for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and to increase revenue.
  • Cross sell other products and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain good knowledge of products and tools, encouraging clients towards self-service e-tools.
  • Maintain regular dialogue with Relationship Managers, Product and Sales team to ensure current and changing clients’ needs are met.
Experience Required:
  • No previous financial services experience is required to be considered for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer/client service experience is desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
