  • Job Type: Full-time - 8.30pm to 5.30pm

We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join a very well-established business located within the Enfield area.

This fast-paced and varied role includes customer liaison, order management, handling emails and calls and above all having the ability to provide customer care excellence at all times, from the customer to the Director and SLT.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Manage and process customer orders with precision and care.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Welcome and assist guests in the showroom as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach and the use of initiative, demonstrating common sense.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar administrative role is preferred.
