We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Marketing Manager to drive strategic client campaigns, enhance client advocacy, and strengthen client engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

As a Client Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted client campaigns, overseeing our client advocacy scheme, and implementing communication strategies for key client segments. Your role will play a crucial part in fostering client education, engagement, and retention, ensuring compliance with FCA parameters.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Target Client Campaigns:

  • Create and implement strategic marketing campaigns to target specific client segments.
  • Take a cross-channel approach to communications including digital marketing and traditional methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Oversee Client Advocacy Scheme:

  • Drive the client advocacy program, encouraging referrals and positive client testimonials.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Newsletter Development:

  • Curate engaging content for newsletters to keep clients informed about industry trends, company updates, and relevant news.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for newsletter content.

Client Education and Engagement:

  • Develop content aimed at educating existing clients, fostering engagement, and promoting product knowledge.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client retention through educational initiatives.

Communication Strategy:

  • Devise and implement communication strategies tailored to key client segments.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all client communications.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor a direct report, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance parameters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
