Salary: From £22,369.35 - £24,300 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week across Monday - Friday

As a Client Liaison Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients on their journey to receive compensation for accidents they have been involved in. The role is primarily focused on liaising with clients to ensure their claims have the correct level of information, using your ability to balance empathy with professional integrity to facilitate a smooth client journey through various legal portals and processes.

Salary- From £22,369.35 - £24,300per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus

About you

  • You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service either from a contact centre environment or retail / hospitality setting.
    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.
  • Proven effective time management and organisational skills within a task-based environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in a claims or personal injury setting is desirable but no essential.
