Print & Deliver specialise in providing custom branded merchandise, clothing, and printing solutions for customers participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences globally. They're looking for a Client Fulfilment Coordinator to ensure the efficient processing and delivery of event merchandise and collateral to their International clients from our Maidenhead office.

This role is pivotal in managing the flow of orders, coordinating shipping arrangements-including customs documentation-and overseeing in-house print production. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Triage and Prioritisation: Efficiently assess incoming event and shipment requests to prioritise based on client needs, deadlines, and resource availability.
  • Shipping Coordination: Arrange shipping for international deliveries, including the preparation of necessary customs documentation, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Liaise with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to manage air shipments effectively.
  • In-House Print Production: Oversee the production of printed materials using our in-house equipment, ensuring quality standards are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Continually seek ways to streamline and enhance the order fulfilment process, from initial request through to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with in-house production processes.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge & experience coordinating shipping and handling customs documentation is highly desirable.
  • Background in order fulfilment, customer service, or related roles, particularly within the merchandise, print, or event sectors.
