Client Engagement Sales Advisor - Leamington Spa - £25k + Bonus (Salary Negotiable dependent on experience)

My client is a leading Conveyancing company based in Leamington Spa who have been established for many years and provide conveyancing services for purchasers and sellers for land and property throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an energetic and motivated person with a background in either Property or Sales to join their team in Leamington although they will consider candidates who are looking for a remote working position.

You will be at the forefront of converting conveyancing leads into successful engagements for their legal department. Armed with your strong sales background you will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and efficiently guide clients through their conveyancing services. Enquiries will come through various channels, including email, leads from their partner Estate Agency offices and phone calls.

Main Duties:

  • Engage with incoming calls, emails, and web enquiries, selling conveyancing advice and services to clients.
  • Maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Generate quotations and ensure prospective clients have an exceptional initial experience, guiding them seamlessly through the sales process.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and tailor solutions, closing deals efficiently.
  • Create a great client experience by providing personalized service, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with departments to fulfil customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Liaise with Solicitors to ensure clients receive prompt and accurate legal advice, enhancing the sales process.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all client interactions, fostering repeat business.

Essential:

  • Previous experience in sales-oriented customer service and property environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Proven track record in overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding service with a sales focus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Confident, polished, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Basic computer and IT Skills (Proficiency in MS Office Applications).
  • Positive and proactive mindset, eager to drive results.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
