Optimise are working with a dynamic and reputable client service organisaiton, based in Dronfield, that are looking to onboard either part-time or full-time permanent Client Administrators. Our client takes pride in building long-standing relationships with their clients, and now we're seeking a confident and experienced individuals to support their continued growth.

As a Client Administrator, you will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the achievement of both client-driven and internal targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening, and transferring inbound telephone calls
  • Providing comprehensive end-to-end client business support, including booking management, payment processing, appointment scheduling, quotation issuance, invoicing, email and social media management
  • Completing client administrative projects, such as dictation, database maintenance, and credit control
  • Conducting outbound customer care, survey, and data collection calls
  • Performing various general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent typing skills
