Client Administrator
Optimise are working with a dynamic and reputable client service organisaiton, based in Dronfield, that are looking to onboard either part-time or full-time permanent Client Administrators. Our client takes pride in building long-standing relationships with their clients, and now we're seeking a confident and experienced individuals to support their continued growth.
As a Client Administrator, you will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the achievement of both client-driven and internal targets.
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening, and transferring inbound telephone calls
- Providing comprehensive end-to-end client business support, including booking management, payment processing, appointment scheduling, quotation issuance, invoicing, email and social media management
- Completing client administrative projects, such as dictation, database maintenance, and credit control
- Conducting outbound customer care, survey, and data collection calls
- Performing various general administrative duties
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent typing skills
