Our client is a fast growing company who pride themselves on teamwork, customer service and delivering a reliable and competitive service, looking to hire a Client Account Manager to join their team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting into the Head of Client Services you will own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and making sure you are providing them with updates and proposals for improvements:
  • Prepare regular business updates, including written, financial excel reports and verbal
  • Make sure minutes and action points are taken and properly distributed
  • Oversee relevant projects aimed at improvement
  • Work with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently
  • Promote other services that the company offer
WHO YOU ARE

Our client is looking for a candidate with a proven experience of B2B Account Management and who is passionate about providing a high quality of service to clients and not afraid to offer alternative solutions!

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal skills – an influential and professional communicator
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and communications
  • No job too small attitude
  • Ideally experience working within a similar role within the energy sector
  • Proven experience presenting to clients
  • Ability to work to deadlines
