Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Clerk of Works for 12 months work on a sites throughout Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced clerk of works, or quality manager, to oversee retrofit & maintenance projects across Bristol.

The work being carried out is a mixture of measures depending on property survey, that could include, wall and loft insulation, Ev panels, Heat pumps -all to PAS 2035 standard.

There will be a mix of customers as the role could cross-over between a low income home owners scheme and social housing.

The individual will need to spend the majority of the time on the road visiting various properties, checking the quality of work, ensuring positive customer experiences, liaising with customers to identify issues and use judgement on whether those are justified queries.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • Available late May (from Friday the 24th)
  • Have access to your own transport
  • Has worked as a construction manager previously
  • Ideally experience of retrofit or renewable installs
  • Worked on domestic housing schemes involved multiple properties and customers
  • Proven background of customer relations and problem solving
  • Strong construction background

In return we can offer:

  • £250 / £300 per day dependant on experience
