We're seeking a proficient Production Technician to join a prestigious laboratory specialising in the manufacture of medical devices. In this role, you'll be crucial in the assembly of electro-mechanical devices in a controlled, sterile environment while strictly adhering to quality management protocols. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the supervisor to manage inventory levels and enhance production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical medical devices in a controlled, sterile environment.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation, maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with the production supervisor to oversee inventory levels and optimize operations.
  • Utilize and demonstrate expertise in operating equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and digital calipers.
  • Execute tasks with exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance in a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in operating oscilloscopes, multimeters, and digital calipers.
  • Strong documentation skills, highlighting accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards is highly beneficial.
