Join our dynamic team at a West London local authority in Hammersmith as we seek a talented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our facilities division! This is an exciting opportunity for an initial 12 weeks, with the possibility of an extension.

Role: Cleaning Supervisor
Duration: 12 weeks to start
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, offering a balanced mix of shifts (2 days: 2 pm to 10 pm, 3 days: 6 am to 2 pm)

Essential: Full UK Manual driving license

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our cleaning staff daily, ensuring exceptional performance and adherence to standards and delivery requirements.
  • Drive excellence by ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest BICSc standards and site specifications outlined in our cleaning schedules.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, champion department services, and consistently deliver outstanding service across all responsibilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bring your experience of managing cleaning contract sites or similar roles to the table.
  • Showcase your knowledge of cleaning to BICSc standards and company auditing procedures.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in working with budgets.
  • Possess relevant cleaning-related training, such as an NVQ or BICSc qualification.
