About The Role

You will provide a high standard of Supervision to the onsite team and to provide an efficient administration support to a key contract, the undertaking of inspections and checks to help maintain and deliver a high quality of service to the contract and to ensure that the team are always working productively and safely.

You will be working Monday to Friday, on a permanent full-time basis, 07:00 to 15:00, 37.5 hours per week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organise rotas.
  • Manage equipment and stock levels.
  • Recruitment and staff training
  • Work with the customer to address any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Supervise quality control procedures to ensure that high standards are maintained.
  • Assist in investigation and disciplinary processes.
  • To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and for savings where possible

To succeed in this role, you will need.

  • Full UK driving license.
  • IT literate with experience in word, outlook and excel.
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work as part as a team and to be self-motivated.
  • High Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a related environment and strong people management skills.
