Classroom TA

Role: Classroom Assistant

Location: North London

Contract: Full time

Start: ASAP

Rate: £90-100

We are currently looking for a classroom assistant to work at one of our top primary school in North London. To undertake this role, you will be supporting the teacher with primary school pupils. You would need to have a good understanding of the national curriculum and know how assist pupils with reading and writing.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
• Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Enthusiastic about aiding pupils to succeed in school.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year education experience
• CACHE level 3 qualification (Preferable)
• Must have Maths and English GCSE
• Safeguarding experience
