Classic Car Mechanic - City and Guilds
Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9BE

  • 37.5 hour week, 4 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Permanent position
  • £16.00 - £16.50 per hour
  • You MUST have experience working on older cars from the 50s up to the late 90s

About the Classic Car Mechanic Role:

As a trained mechanic, you'll dive into the world of classic cars. The successful applicant will handle everything from general recommissioning & servicing of most marques of classic car up to full engine rebuilds & full mechanical body shell refits where required. This role requires a passion for vintage vehicles and a knack for getting your hands dirty.

The Ideal Candidate:

If you're experienced with classic cars from the 1950s to the late 1990s and thrive in a hands-on role, you're the perfect fit!

Our client welcomes applicants with a deep appreciation for vintage vehicles and a background in traditional garage settings.

Being IT literate is preferred as all staff use hand-held tablets to take pictures of customers’ project vehicles as they work. Employees will also enter information on our restoration system.
