Class teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join a primary school in Swindon on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year, with a view to potentially continuing on in September.
As a Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young minds and providing a positive learning environment for students.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the curriculum
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress to ensure understanding of subject matter
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Implement various teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Teaching certification or license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Patience and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with virtual teaching platforms
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques
- Familiarity with educational technology tools
