Claims Handler
Claims Handler - Barnsley - £23k - £24k per annum + company benefits
Our client is a well-established and successful company based in Barnsley; due to their continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their existing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the end to end claims process
- Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.
Skills Required:
- Previous claims handling / customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- An eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office and CMS Systems
