Position: Claims HandlerAs a Claims Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage, and Product Liability claims. Your expertise will guide these claims from inception to settlement, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Proactive Claims Management: Handle Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage, and Product Liability claims efficiently.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records on our case management system.
- Client Service Excellence: Comply with set client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of service quality and productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leader and undertake additional tasks as needed.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 months relevant experience or 6 months of experience combined with a law degree or equivalent.
- MOJ Claims Portal: Familiarity with the MOJ Claims Portal.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational abilities.
- Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize client care and customer service.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to manage your workload independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
