An excellent opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable insurance broking firm in the North West, who are recruiting for a Claims Executive to join their team in Liverpool on a full-time basis.

As Claims Executive, you will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial claims effectively and efficiently, covering classes such as Corporate, Motor Fleet, Property, Liability, Cyber, Travel and D&O. This is a busy role with a high volume of work so you must be able to prioritise, multi-task and manage your workload.

This position will be carried out via their hybrid working model, with a combination of working from home and attending the Liverpool office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will have responsibility for your own allocated clients, handling claims that arise from cradle to grave.
  • Undertaking a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and support is offered to the wider Broking team.
  • Producing claims reports in line with specified deadlines.
  • Taking part in claims review meetings when required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • You will have proven and in-depth knowledge and experience in a Claims team, dealing with the Corporate or Commercial environment.
  • You will be a conscientious professional who enjoys being busy and undertaking a variety of work.
  • You will ideally be working towards or be ACII qualified.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills are required.
