Claims Consultant

Salary starting at £35,000 + Incredible benefits.

An exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and successful, Cirencester based organisation. This position would suit someone with previous Claims experience who prides themselves on their ability to be organised and work accurately. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team in newly built, modern offices.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Effectively manage own portfolio of claims, looking after the full claim cycle from beginning to end
• Ensure clear and prompt communication with all members around their claims and any updates
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone you interact with
• Communicate with third parties and members via phone, email and letter
• Identifying and investigating potential fraudulent claims

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Experience of working within the Financial Services sector

• Attention to detail and accuracy while remaining calm under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong team player
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
