My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Claims Administrator to join their rapidly growing team on a temp – perm basis.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months telephone-based experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries via an online portal messenger
- Offering customers an excellent service
- Resolving customer issues and referring them to the correct team member
- Answering a small amount of telephone calls
- General administration duties
- The successful candidate must have previously dealt with telephone calls
- A minimum of 6 months office experience is desirable
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Driven and ambitious personality
- Temporary – permanent role
- £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (whilst temping)
- Shift pattern & 1 in 2 Saturdays (whilst permanent)
- Excellent benefits once made permanent
