HOURS: 08.30 - 16.30 - Monday to Friday (30 to 40 hours)
START DATE: Immediate
PAY: £25,000pa pro rata

Vacancy - Claims Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Claims Administrator for our client in Nailsworth. You will be an important part of a small office team providing excellent customer service and administration support.
Responsibilities:
- Checking technician reports and transferring them to varied client systems.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Filing online records and photos of jobs.
- Arranging technician visits to properties and entering on Outlook.
- Liaising with our Nailsworth warehouse cleaning and restoration personnel in respect of work in progress.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable with working on various industry specific online portals (training given).
- Have a "happy to help" attitude and be confident and supportive in dealing by phone and email with clients.
- Be well organised and responsive to enquiries or requests for assistance from fellow teams’ members and clients.
- Be flexible in terms of working hours.
