We are working with a family run style broker based in Surrey who are growing their claims team and are looking for individuals that are eager to learn and develop in the insurance industry!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send reminders to contractors to ensure they are adhering to agreed SLAs and provide required information or undertake an action within the specific timeframe
  • Reviewing and actioning outstanding diairies
  • Updating records
  • Contacting repairers for updates
  • Contacting engineers for updates
  • Contacting insurers for updates

Qualifications:

  • English and Maths - GCSE or equivalent
  • To already hold the CII Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) qualification or have a willingness to achieve this minimum level whilst employed with backing from the business

Skills:

  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow set procedures
  • Computer literate
  • Planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt and learn new working practices

Salary: Up to £22,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5pm

Benefits: 20 days annual leave increasing with time in service, Company Pension, Life Assurance, full funding and support for Insurance Qualifications
