CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITORS, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £55,000 DOE.
Join a busy regional firm who are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE and a senior Civil Litigation Associate with 6 years’ or more PQE. These are permanent, full-time roles with an option to work remotely 1 or 2 days/ week.

THE ROLE
The role involves dealing with a broad range of civil litigation matters including:
• professional negligence;
• breach of privacy and data protection rights;
• property disputes;
• contentious probate; and
• employment disputes.

THE CANDIDATE
Successful candidates will:
• have a thorough understanding of the CPR and its application;
• have experience of running fast track and multi-track cases to trial;
• be capable of managing a full and varied caseload; and
• be proactive and organised and have excellent time management skills.
