Description

My client is a long-established regional law firm who offer a wide array of legal services to both individuals and business clients.

As part of their growth plans they are seeking to appoint an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor

Responsibilities

Based in one of their West Yorkshire offices, and working alongside another Fee Earner in this area, the role involves managing a varied case of civil litigation claims including but not limited to:

• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence

Qualifications

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and results driven litigator to really make a difference.

In addition to a PQE of at least 3 years in a similar role, the successful candidate will be a keen business developer to drive the department forward and be recognised for their success.
