Who will you join?

What will you do? 

  • Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims
  • Including (but not limited to): property, construction and consumer contracts 
  • You will also assist senior fee earners with higher value disputes in order to build your experience further  
  • Review and advise on legal expense cover 
  • Be involved in training, supervising and developing more junior colleagues
  • Monitor & provide management information to insurer clients 
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, attend conferences, assist with presentations, writing articles and creating marketing materials  

What will you need? 

  • To be a senior paralegal or perhaps part qualified legal executive 
  • Litigation experience  
  • You will have Consumer Dispute Litigation experience AND;
  • Have experience of Legal Expense Funded Cases
