Rotherham based Legal Firm has an opportunity within Civil Litigation at either Assistant or Manager grade. Working for a tradition High Street firm who operate in the SME and private client markets. This role would suit a Litigation Assistant, Legal Executive, or Qualified Solicitor.

The role:

  • Manage and control a range of Civil Litigation cases.
  • Conducting Civil Litigation work both individually and alongside a Partner as required.
  • Communicating with clients and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Progressing a wide variety of civil court claims.

Skills and experience required:

  • Up to date legal knowledge.
  • Experience of court processes.
  • Law degree with be advantageous.
  • Ability to produce high quality work with minimal supervision.
