Civil Litigation Assistant/Manager
Rotherham based Legal Firm has an opportunity within Civil Litigation at either Assistant or Manager grade. Working for a tradition High Street firm who operate in the SME and private client markets. This role would suit a Litigation Assistant, Legal Executive, or Qualified Solicitor.
The role:
- Manage and control a range of Civil Litigation cases.
- Conducting Civil Litigation work both individually and alongside a Partner as required.
- Communicating with clients and understanding their needs and expectations.
- Progressing a wide variety of civil court claims.
Skills and experience required:
- Up to date legal knowledge.
- Experience of court processes.
- Law degree with be advantageous.
- Ability to produce high quality work with minimal supervision.
