Job Requirements of this Citizenship Teacher job in Cradley Heath

  • Previous experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and student progress monitoring (QTS not obligatory).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with students requiring additional support.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young minds.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging Citizenship lessons to inspire and motivate students.
  • Encourage critical thinking and facilitate debates on significant societal issues.
  • Educate students about their rights and responsibilities as citizens.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing personalized support as needed.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Establish strong connections with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
