Citizens Advice Norfolk Volunteer
Citizens Advice Norfolk Volunteer
What will I be doing?
- Helping someone understand their rights as a tenant in rented property.
- Exploring what benefits someone is entitled to.
- Helping someone fill out an application form.
Why volunteer with us?
- Free, high-quality training.
- Give back to the community.
- Something new everyday.
What's the commitment?
We ask for a day a week, or at least 4 hours, from each of our volunteers although some give much more. We are fully flexible on holidays and calls on your time. For our Advice roles, we ask that you try to volunteer for at least a 12 month period, due to the volume of training involved. Our other roles are more flexible.
