Tasks to be managed are: Operational Change, Delivery & Digital Transformation.

Areas of Focus: operations, operational change, digital exploitation & AI

Establishing Board Level Management Metrics:

return on investment indicators - establishing budget spend on digital initiatives

acquisition and development of technical talent, promotion and retention

engagement with BU leaders and developing performance related incentives

Desired in sector experience: Technology, Manufacturing, Consulting, BPO

Desirables: Degree, Technology Mindset, Consulting, Matrix Operations.
