This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected property developer in the UK! As more Chinese speaking HNW clients are looking for properties in the UK, my client is looking for Mandarin + Cantonese speaking Sales consultant to provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets. This role is to provide an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of the company's vision.

Title: Sales Consultant (Cantonese + Mandarin)

Location: Staines-upon-Thames (fully onsite)

Salary: £30,000 + commission (OTE £55,000)

Languages: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)

Contract: Permanent

Visa: The successful candidates need to have eligible work visa without sponsorship (now or in the future).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
  • Apply effective sales skills to exceed required profitable sales target
  • Effectively manage the sales database to optimise opportunities
  • Conduct viewings of the marketing suites appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese market
  • Effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Anticipate and manage cancellations, minimise cancellation rate
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite events for Chinese and international markets

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Previous UK property sales experience, preferably within new homes or residential estate agency
  • Fluent English and Mandarin+ Cantonese (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
