We have fantastic opportunities for caring and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to start their career as a Support Worker, providing care & support to children & young adults with emotional and challening behaviours. Our client, based in Hove, creates a welcoming and encouraging environment where students can flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. We have full-time roles for days on a permanent basis.
Your new role

  • As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the health and safety of the young people is maintained
  • Promoting and encouraging independence
  • Actively promote and develop learning whilst participating in programmes & activities
  • Working as part of a team and creating a positive, safe and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Organising activities

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be a compassionate and caring individual with a genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Be creative
  • Be flexible and reliable
  • Relevant experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Driving is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
