Prospero are currently recruiting for a client who supports Children and young adults transitioning to independence, teaching them the life skills and knowledge that promotes a great path in life.

NVQ LEVEL 3 or Equivalent is essential.

Driver with Business insurance is preferred but not essential.

Our Client is looking for the right candidate that can cover the below responsibilities

* To work with vulnerable Young People (16+) and Adults (YP/A) from a variety of backgrounds supporting them to live independently and make informed choices about their future.

* To build YP/A's confidence and resilience enabling them to access education, training and / or employment opportunities.

* To engage effectively with YP/A's, and to demonstrate a positive attitude and acceptance towards them.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the YP/A

To Work With Us, You Will Need

• 6 months paid, hands-on experience
• To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users & Prospero
• Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Desirable: DBS on the update service
