Local Authority Childrens Support Worker

A Local Authority based in Merseyside is seeking an experienced Children's Support Worker to help support their Short Breaks Centre which helps provide support to children with disabilities.

Highlights:

  • Will have the opportunity to boost income through overtime and sleep ins
  • The centre is a five bedroom centre with excellent resources such as sensory rooms, sensory gardens, hydrotherapy pool with light and sounds and interactive communication systems to name a few
  • The centre provides short breaks from a few hours to a few days to occasionally longer dependant on needs.
  • This is a Local Authority managed centre so an opportunity to gain statutory experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on an exciting role which offers an excellent package to help improve income levels through the use of overtime and sleep ins. All of this contributes to a higher take home pay and greater disposable income to spend on what you enjoy
