Are you looking for working with children? Here is an opportunity for you to work in Northampton Childrens Trust in the Duty and Assessment Team. 

The rate of pay would be up to £38, and the role is based in Northamptonshire. 

Our key responsibilities will include:

  • Caseloads are capped off at 35, with cases currently sitting at around 25-30.
  • Duty and assessment team is the frontline, single point of contact for all incoming safeguarding concerns relating to young people within the catchment area.
  • Reports will initially come into the MASH service, and then be passed on to DAAT. This sector consists of 6 teams of approximately 8-10 staff each, with every team consisting of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, Social Workers, Newly Qualified Social Workers, and Family Support Workers.

Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.

As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working in Childrens services
  • Able to drive car and holds UK Driving License
