Are you looking to work with children? Then don’t miss out this exciting opportunity to work with children and care proceeding services as a Children Social Worker for the Court Team. 

The pay rate would be up to £33.30 per hour and the role is based in Stoke-on-Trent. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • We are currently piloting Court Teams who work with our children and their families at the point children enter care this is a rare opportunity to work within this pilot holding and managing care proceedings through to final hearing and permanency planning. 
  • Undertake varied and diverse case management and exceptional quality assessments in a timely accurate manner, allowing for progression opportunities to be able to develop and grow their career from Newly Qualified Social Worker to Senior Social Worker and Team Manager.
  • Along with providing with a child centred approach and using the skills and tools to work restoratively with families

Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.

As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:

  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in working with children and related services
  • Access to vehicle and UK Driving License
