We're partnering with a well-established and respected children's residential care provider, renowned for its exceptional commitment to nurturing and supporting children and young people. Our Children’s Residential Homes in Bacton provide a secure haven, fostering growth and success for these incredible individuals.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:
  • Be a cornerstone of direct care, offering unwavering support and guidance in a residential setting.
  • Cultivate a safe, nurturing environment that encourages positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
  • Empower personal development, life skills, independence, and positive decision-making.
  • Champion education, assisting with homework and instilling a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and professionals for holistic care, valuing open communication.
  • Uphold meticulous records in alignment with regulations and company guidelines.
  • Elevate your expertise through team meetings, training, and supervision, honing your skills and sharing your insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • While prior experience in residential care is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
  • A genuine, compassionate disposition devoted to the well-being of children and young people.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and external experts.
  • Poise, perseverance, and composure in challenging circumstances.
  • Dedication to the welfare and safeguarding of young individuals.
  • Flexibility to embrace shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum age of 21 years (as per legislative stipulations).
