Atrium Healthcare is recruitment on behalf of the client for Children's Home Registered Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement care plans for children under your supervision.

- Provide direct care and supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the children's program.

- Coordinate and communicate with parents/guardians regarding the child's progress and any concerns.

- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines for child care facilities.

- Provide support and guidance to staff members working in the children's program.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of the children.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a relevant qualification (minimum - childcare related Diploma at Level 3). If not already held, attain the Diploma in Leadership (Level 5) or other Management qualification within 2 years of appointment.

- Experience in supervising and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

- 2 years experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children in the last 5 years.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other healthcare professionals.

- Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage the daily operations of the children's program.
