About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee a 1-bed and 2-bed property in South Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and management of both properties, maintaining high standards of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the 1-bed and 2-bed properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff members, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor residents' progress and well-being.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities effectively, ensuring the smooth running of the properties.
  • Ensure all staff members receive appropriate training and support to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practice guidelines relevant to residential care.

Requirements:

  • Dual registration as a Registered Manager with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Previous experience managing residential care properties, ideally in a dual-registered capacity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines in residential care.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of residents and the organization.
  • Commitment to promoting the rights, dignity, and well-being of residents.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support services.
