Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to work within a Greater Manchester based Local Authority Childcare and Family Team. The requirements will be to carry a caseload of PLO, Childcare and Adoption work. The candidate will be required to undertake directions hearings, case management hearings and agreed final hearings.

Working arrangement: The client is looking for candidates to start ASAP for an initial period of 3 months with likelihood of extension. This role is to be performed on a full time, hybrid basis – travel to the office required once or twice a week and travel to Manchester ourts

This role is suited to individuals who have knowledge of Childcare Law and Processes. Qualification requirements include a Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEX

Hourly rate: £50-55p/h
