NonStop Care is currently working with a reputable local authority near central London, who are seeking a Social Worker within the Family & Children's Services.

Rated as outstanding by Ofsted, they are organised in locality teams, meaning no arguments about transition points. We also maintain strong links with multi-agency partners while ensuring children and families remain with the same social worker from referral through to closure. With a lower-than-average caseload, high levels of management support and comprehensive training, we offer social workers genuine professional satisfaction.

The team is well established and committed to delivering an outstanding service. The authority is developing systemic family based social work practice with the support and input of Systemic Family Therapists based within the social work teams.
