You : This is a superb opportunity for a child panel member or someone who is on the pathway to child panel membership to help set up a new office.

The firm : The firm are specialists in services to individuals, noted in areas such as criminal law, mental health and childcare. They are on various legal aid contracts and panels and provide an outlet to those clients who really need that help. You could be that named supervisor the firm need in this location. Perhaps you are happy to relocate to a beautiful part of the country. Perhaps you could bring other team colleagues, paralegals, secretaries, the firm are open to that. If you have a folllowing , or your own networks then the firm would like a discussion. Salary can be based on your overall experience. Typically, nationwide, only 5% of the firm's Family Law work is privately funded.

The role : The firm have a national reach and are now opening a brand new office in Devon. This could be Plymouth, Exeter, Torquay or any suitbale location. This is a really exciting time to join the firm. You would be the senior person in a new location and immediately you become the go to person for the area. It is anticpated there will be a lot of parent / guardian work.

Hybrid work or working from home could be an option in the early days, up until probation, if you liked the idea of this opportunity but would need a few months to organise relocation.
